Meet Laura

I’m Laura — a trauma-informed yoga teacher and self-help junky. I do this work because I know what it feels like to be stuck in anxiety and self-doubt — it's exhausting.

 

I’ve learned that when you regulate your nervous system, you unlock clarity, confidence, and creative power.

The Journey

I have experienced childhood trauma, emotional struggle, and seasons of feeling unworthy, overwhelmed, and anxious. Those experiences shaped me — not in ways I would have chosen, but in ways that ultimately led to growth.

My journey deepened when I stepped into the unknown and started my own business as a Music for Wellbeing facilitator. That leap in self-belief opened the door to meditation, yoga, philosophy and emotional regulation practices. Over time, I discovered that change isn’t instant — it’s built through consistent practice, awareness, and self-compassion.

I’m now a trauma-informed yoga teacher with over 500 hours of advanced training across philosophy, asana, yin yoga and meditation.

I believe we can only guide others from a place of lived awareness and continued learning.

The world needs more compassion, more regulation, and more self-understanding.

It starts within.
