A weekly online class for real humans with real hearts and tired nervous systems. This isn’t about fancy poses, “fixing yourself,” or pushing harder — it’s about slowing down, breathing, and reconnecting with who you really are. Through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and practical yoga philosophy, this class helps you: Calm your nervous system Release tension held in your body Process stress and trauma safely Reconnect to your own courage, self-worth, and inner strength I bring over five years of teaching experience, 500hr Yoga Teacher Training, 50hr trauma-informed training, and E.F.T. practitioner expertise to every class. You’re safe, supported, and guided every step of the way. Come exactly as you are. No performance. No pressure. Just grounded, human yoga that actually works.
