Lucky Lawzie is the name — showing creatives how to turn ideas into reality is my game.

MUSIC FOR WELLBEING
Not performance. Not perfection. Just connection through music.
Music has always been the thing that brings me home to myself.
Before performing, before recording, before it was anything else — music was how I processed my emotions, expressed what I couldn’t always put into words, and made sense of the world.
Today, that same instinct shows up in my work as a Music for Wellbeing practitioner.
I work with people living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, stroke survivors, and SEND adults and children — using voice, familiar songs, rhythm, and shared musical experiences to create moments of connection, regulation, and joy.
This isn’t about performance.
It isn’t about getting it “right.”
And it isn’t about talent.
It’s about presence.
I’ve seen music:
-
Spark recognition where conversation can’t
-
Calm nervous systems and soften agitation
-
Invite connection when words feel out of reach
-
Bring people into the moment — together
Music reaches parts of us that live beyond logic. It bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to memory, emotion, and the body.
I’m not a registered music therapist — and I don’t claim to be.
What I am is a musician, singer-songwriter, and wellbeing practitioner who deeply understands the power of music to soothe, connect, and awaken something alive inside us.
This work sits at the intersection of:
-
Music
-
Nervous system awareness
-
Emotional expression
-
Human connection
And honestly? It’s magic — the quiet, grounded kind.
Looking ahead
I believe we’re born with our passions and talents for a reason.
I believe each of us carries something unique — something that wants to be expressed.
And when that part of us goes ignored for too long, life can start to feel flat, frustrating, or uninspired. That quiet sense of there must be more than this doesn’t come from nowhere.
I believe our gifts are meant to be shared — not just for personal fulfilment, but to serve others, contribute something meaningful, and yes… to create a living for ourselves too.
There are many ways to do that. Not all of them look loud, dramatic, or immediate. Sometimes it starts with nothing more than a conversation
I offer one-to-one coaching for people who feel called to use their creativity in a more meaningful way, but aren’t sure what that looks like yet. I also offer a FREE 45-minute session.
These are relaxed, grounded conversations — a space to talk things through, reflect, and explore possibilities.
No fixing. No pressure. Just honest guidance and perspective.
